Summer 2023 Board Updates
Modernizing our Governing Documents
Our Bylaws and Declarations were written almost 20 years ago. In order to move past, we need your votes. We need majority of votes for either the proposed Bylaws to PASS or FAIL. Each new Bylaw is accounted for separately, so you can vote YAY for some and NAY for others. Please click here to review the proposed changes. If you have not submitted your vote, then click here for the ballot. These can be submitted to Lisa Mills at CPS admin@cpscolumbus.com. If you can't remember if you've placed your vote then you can reach out to Lisa as well to confirm.
Exterior and Landscaping
Our declarations and rules/regulations describe requirements for the upkeep, maintenance and appearance of each property in the HOA. Please remember to submit a request for Exterior Modification BEFORE you start any new landscaping, painting, or other exterior projects. You can download the form here. Please send it to CPS and the board will review it as soon as possible. Feel free to reach out if you have questions.

Our neighborhood is beautifully cared for and we all want to keep it that way. Please continue to take care of lawns, flower beds, driveways and mailboxes. If you would like to know the expected standards, here is a tip sheet. Should you get a violation notification, please understand that this is just the process to remind homeowners of the NOHOA rules and standards. The board asks CPS to the inspect the neighborhood regularly. If you have a question or concern, please contact a board member or CPS. Thank you!
