Anne Seghi
As the Manager of Customer Experience for Express, LLC, Anne has a daily desire to ensure her company meets and exceeds the expectations of their clients. And when on the board, she will bring that same dedication to surpassing the expectations of her fellow neighbors. A resident since 2010, Anne has taken an active role in Orange Township. She has served on the committees that produce the 4th of July Parade and the Annual Olentangy Easter Egg Hunt at Orange High School. And for the past 3 years, has served as Media Spokesperson for the Freedom 4 Miler Race and Olentangy Summer Bash. Anne, her husband Jeff and their 7-year-old Tyson are founding and active members of Adventure Church. She had the privilege of working as their Preschool Director from 2014-2016 before accepting a position with Express.
Here in the neighborhood, you can find her in the backyard filled with neighbor's kids, jogging the sidewalks in the evening or planning social events like the Annual Garage Sale, the Fall Progressive Dinner or Neighborhood Holiday Party. She looks forward to the opportunity to serve her neighbors for the next 3 years.
Joey Suarez
Introduction: Hello North Orange, my name is Joey Suarez. I live in Park Place at 7840 Overland Trail. A little bit about me: I’m 36 years old, I have worked for Honda Of America Mfg. in Marysville, Ohio as a New Model Development Team Leader for the past 18 years. I have 1 Cat named Dottie and 3 Ferrets named Duke, Stretch and Bo. Hobbies: In my free time when I’m not at work, I enjoy doing Home Remodeling and improvements, handy man services for friends and neighbors in North Orange, yard work, Christmas light display (Griswold Delaware), working on cars, detailing cars, going to car shows, taking my Dodge Challenger to the race track, going to Cedar Point, going on road trips, mountain biking, working out, swimming and running.

Why I want to be on the Board: I would like to be on the board to improve the overall look of North Orange and make it truly beautiful. I don’t really believe in sending out violation letters just for the basis of showing off power. I would much rather work one on one with a homeowner to resolve an issue or violation, as we are all neighbors here. I believe a one on one approach is more personal and nicer than a violation letter. I also would like to work one on one with homeowners and their yards that might need a little help. Give them tips on watering, fertilizing, yard treatments, and proper mowing height as that is something, I pride myself in. Also, we have a big issue in North Orange with speeding and people not stopping at the stop signs. This is a very important issue that needs to be addressed for both the safety of the kids in the community and everyone who lives here.
What are the duties of a Board Member?
The NOHOA has five (5) board of directors serving staggered three year terms. The board is responsible for management of all aspects of the association. We delegate management of many activities to CPS, our property management company, but ultimate responsibility for the NOHOA is with the Board of Directors. Board responsibilities include:
-
Maintaining and ensuring the neighborhood quality and character so that all our property values are enhanced and preserved.
-
Ensuring that the collective rights and interests of all homeowners are respected and preserved
-
Managing common areas and related structures

What is involved?
The NOHOA Board of Directors typically meet four or five times during the year, including running the NOHOA Annual Meeting. Additionally, the board communicates throughout the year as needed to respond to requests for exterior modifications, direct CPS to act on our behalf, and work on on-going initiatives.
